Is my donation tax deductible?
ClientEarth USA Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Federal tax ID number: 81-0722756. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Will I get a receipt?
If you made your gift online, your gift receipt will be sent automatically via email as soon the transaction is completed. If you donated over $250 via check and your name and address is included with your gift, your donation receipt will be sent to your address. We can also create a receipt on request, please email info.us@clientearth.org.
How will my donation be used?
Your donation will be used to support our work to hold corporations accountable for the environmental harm they cause. You can find more information about our finances and how donations are used on the Our Financials page on our website. If you have any additional questions, we’re happy to answer them.
