Donor status inquiries

If you need help updating your monthly donation, please navigate to the Supporter Hub. 

After entering your email, you will be sent a sign-in link to the email. Click this to open the Supporter Hub.  Navigate to the option that says "Update regular gift" or "Reactive recurring gift". Update your card details and make sure to click Save. 

Alternatively, please contact us at supportus@clientearth.org and we’ll be happy to make changes for you.
