Tatiana is an attorney at ClientEarth Americas. Her work focuses on corporate accountability and the environmental and human rights impacts of multinational corporations across Latin America and the Caribbean. She supports litigation and legal advocacy aimed at advancing environmental justice and strengthening corporate accountability throughout the region.

Experience

Prior to joining ClientEarth, Tatiana worked as an attorney, investigator, and consultant on matters involving environmental law, international human rights, corporate accountability, and transitional justice. Her experience includes supporting strategic litigation, advocacy initiatives, and regulatory proceedings related to environmental contamination, climate-related challenges, and corporate accountability. She has worked with nonprofit organizations, legal teams, and communities in the United States and Latin America on issues involving environmental justice, human rights, access to remedy, and accountability for environmental and human rights harms associated with corporate activity and armed conflict.

Education

Tatiana received her J.D. cum laude from American University Washington College of Law, a Master's degree in Criminal Forensic Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida.

Tatiana is based in Miami, Florida, is fluent in Spanish, and is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
