Experience

Prior to joining ClientEarth, Kelley was a litigation attorney at both a large international law firm and a prominent litigation boutique. She has litigated a wide range of issues in state and federal courts, including fraud actions, complex business disputes, healthcare matters, and employment claims.

Education

Kelley earned her B.A. from Princeton University, where she graduated cum laude and with departmental honors. She earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class.

Kelley is a member of the State Bar of California.
